If the consultation leads to immediate inpatient hospital treatment, i.e. package 1, the price of package 1 will be applicable.
Package 3: Choice and arrangement of follow-up treatment in a rehabilitation clinic directly following package 1. Transfer to clinic, assistance with admissions procedures and initial consultation with the responsible physician, assistance at discharge from clinic and final physician consultation, transfer to airport.

Please note:
Our services consist only of mediation, arrangement and assistance and will be billed accordingly. The cost of all services which you enlist through our mediation, like transport, rental car, mobile phone etc. shall be paid by you directly. Equally the hospital and doctor´s bills will be paid by you directly, they are not part of our service. But we offer to check the bills with you to help you avoid paying false bills.
German clinics usually require foreign patients without a health insurance that is valid for the treatment in Germany, that an advance payment is deposited prior to admission into the hospital. Of course this can be paid cash, by traveller cheque or credit card. In addition, we also offer our account as trust account for the transfer of funds, if that is convenient to our customers.
Payment for our services is due as follows:
After receiving a request for information or services, we reply with a form on which we ask you to give all the relevant information. For processing the initial inquiry, finding the appropriate clinic and getting an treatment confirmation, we ask for a processing fee of 300.-€, which we bill accordingly. When we have arranged the appointment according to your request, we forward the letter with the agreement of treatment from the hospital or physician. This document cannot be sent prior to the payment of the advance deposit fee. The payment seen as advance payment towards the full price of the contracted package. Thus, only the remaining sum for the package will be due upon arrival in Germany or beginning of medical services. Supplementary costs will be billed and due before departure from Germany or with transfer of consultation results.
Payments: Credit card via Paypal, Western Union money transfer or deduction-free international money transfer to our bank account, (see page “Payments”), cash in in US-Dollar or €. , the interbank exchange rate of the day of payment being used.
A rebate of 5% will be given if 100% payment is provided with confirmation of order.
